We are now running Gluten Free Baking Courses to compliment our range of our non-wheat, gluten free flours.
These exciting courses at our Long Newnton Mill near Tetbury, will give you a great introduction to gluten free baking. Whether or not you follow a gluten-free diet, this course is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to bake with gluten-free flours.
Each course runs from 10.00am - 4.00pm, lunch and snacks are provided, and you'll be hands-on in the kitchen with a small group of six participants, learning how to make gluten-free pastry, gluten-free quick bread, and some sweet and savoury treats.
