Gluten-Free Miller

You will follow in the footsteps of generations of Millers.  We started Shipton Mill in 1979 to mill flours from the most fantastic grains, working with like-minded farmers who promote biodiversity and value and seek to look after the soil. We craft our flours with an exceptional community of bakers, chefs and home cooks in mind. We give a human face to the cornerstone of our diets and forge a bond between people and the food they eat most often.

With our expertise encompassing a passion for a huge variety of grains and milling methods, we always strive for innovation, uncompromised standards and sustainable craftsmanship. As part of the milling team, you will be operating the Gluten-Free Mill which produces Gluten-free Flours with an unsurpassed reputation in the UK. You will ideally have experience in milling and grain handling.

Export and Wholesale Sales Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join us. At Shipton Mill, we’re going through an exciting period of growth, getting our flours into more Artisan Bakers. We have some big dreams and we need a great person to come and make our dreams come true.

This an exciting opportunity to lead a really key segment for Shipton Mill and take responsibility for shaping, leading and driving profitable revenues for the wholesale and export channels.

The ideal candidate will drive growth in a dynamic environment whilst delivering a consistently high customer experience across all areas.  You will be working with Marketing to develop initiatives around products, promotions and marketing materials to drive the performance and deliver enhancements.
