Gluten-Free baking

Gluten-Free baking

Shipton Mill produces a great range of high quality gluten-free flours. On this workshop you can learn the principles of blending the different flour types to create really good gluten-free recipes.....

...We will bake simple yeasted loaves, tackle making great gluten-free pastry, and try some tasty sweet treats during the day long workshop.  Four participants per workshop means there is plenty of time to ask questions, and be fully hands on in the kitchen at Shipton Mill Head Office in Tetbury.

The day runs from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm, and we make a simple vegetarian meal for lunch.  Aprons are provided; bring something to take your baked goods home with you.

Please inform us in advance of your dietary requirements.  We can cater for gluten-free, dairy free, sugar free and vegetarian and vegan.  A number of recipes include tree nuts, so contact us before booking if you have an allergy to tree nuts.

Please be aware that Shipton Mill is a working flour mill, and we handle wheat, oats, barley and rye on the premises adjacent to the kitchen.

You may cancel at anytime but if we are unable to fill the place then we will be unable to offer a refund. So please give us as much notice as possible.
