Everyday Allrounder (Breadmaker)

100 grams Shipton extra coarse organic wholemeal flour

180 grams Shipton organic 3 malts and sunflower brown flour

120 grams Shipton traditional organic white flour

1 teaspoon Bioreal organic dried yeast (3/4 teaspoon of fast acting yeast alternatively)

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

15 grams butter

300 milligrams water

Follow your own breadmaker procedure for the ingredients. For our Panasonic we use the wholemeal (5 hour) setting for a 'medium' or 400 gram loaf. You can adjust weights to suit the loaf size you want. The split we have settled on is 25% wholemeal, 45% seeded and 30% white, we have tried various percentages of each ingredient, mix it up to suit you own taste. We like this one best.
