Surrey Sourdough Bread


  • 100g sourdough starrter
  • 400g Strong white flour
  • 240g water
  • 8g salt


  1. Mix all engredients and let it for 2h at room temperature. Leave the dough inthe fridge for 12-16h. Next day knead it for 20min share it and leave it the fridge for another 12-16h. Next day leave it at room temperatuer untill double. Bake it at 240C for 10min and after at 200C for another 20min.
