Sourdough Starter Discard Pancakes

Melt a knob of butter in a small Frying pan.

Drop a tablespoon of discarded sourdough starter in and mush it around to flatten as best you can.

Fry gently and when browned on the underside, sprinkle a little sugar on top, flip and continue on other side.

When almost ready, throw in a few blueberries or whatever fruit you have to hand to warm in the butter.

Serve - maybe with icecream or cream if you have some.
