Seed and Nut French Loaf in a bread maker

In a bowl:

Teaspoon of instant dried yeast

100g Shipton Organic White Flour

100g Shipton Lightly Malted Flour

200g Shipton Extra Coarse Wholemeal Flour

45g Shipton 5 Mixed Seeds

20 g Shipton Bran & Wheat germ

30g Chopped Mixed nuts

20g Linseed Mix

Half Teaspoon salt

15g Butter (in small pieces)

Mix thouroughly in the bowl

Pour into the bread maker pan

Add 200ml fruit juice and 110ml water

Set for 6 hour french bread programme
