Rye and malthouse mix

2 tsp dry yeast

200 gr dark rye flour

150 gr Organic Light Malthouse Flour (301)

150 gr Strong Canadian Blend Wholemeal Flour (214)

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

270 ml water

Baked in the panasonic sd 2511 on a rye setting (number 8)

Delicious bread for every day, very good for sandwiches.

This recipe is very adaptable. Substitute the malthouse flour with Organic Three Malts and Sunflower Brown Flour (705) for example, which is very tasty too.
