1 1/4 pints of tepid water
1 1/2 tbsp quick yeast
1 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
2 lbs / 900g Shipton organic white flour
Pour the water into a large plastic container (with a lid)
Add the yeast and salt, stir until mixed
Add all the flour and stir and mix until all the flour is incorporated
Put on the lid and clip 2 sides only to get a little air
Leave for 2 hrs until well risen
Take out 1/2, knock back, shape into a round, place on a tray, repeat with the other 1/2, cover and prove for an hour to an hour and a half.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 35 mins.
