Ingredients
500g Shipton Mill 00 Flour
1tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
7g Dried Yeast
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
320ml Warm Water
Method
Combine Flour, Salt, Sugar and Yeast in a food mixer bowl. using the dough hook blend the ingredients. Add Olive oil and Water and knead for approx 5 mins. Cover and leave for about an hour.
Once doubled in size, punch it down and then cut the dough into pizza size balls. Place the balls into a sealed container and leave in the fridge overnight.
Remove the dough 1 hour prior to using. Shape, add toppings of your choice and bake! (wood fired oven at around 300 for 1-3 mins/Normal Oven 220 for 10-15 mins) Brush with garlic butter after baking, Sprinkle with Basil and Rocket and enjoy!
