Pastries with mashed potatoes and hot dogs in oven
2 eggs , beaten
Sugar -50 g
Dried yeast -15g
Organic Shipton mills white flour -1150g
Butter melt and cooled -40g
frankfurter cooked and cooled, mashed potato or any other vegetable of your choice
Combine yeast , sugar and warm milk , leave for 15 min
Add other ingredients in flour , make a dough , knead it till it’s elastic and soft . Leave to rest covered for 40-50 min , knead , then for another 30 min .Meanwhile prepare the fillings .
Preheat the oven on 230C ( fan 210).Form the dough into ball approximately 50 gr.each, roll , then place of 1 tBs fillings on pastry and seal it on center.Arrange all ready pastries on baking sheet covered with baking paper. Covered with towel , leave to rest to 10 min.Brush with beaten egg and bake for 10-15 min, until golden color .
For hotdogs : roll that 50 gr into one long line then just roll it over the sausage .
