Malt Grain Bread

350ml Tepid Water

1 tsp Fine Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Golden Sugar

2 Tbsp Organic Rapeseed Oil

160g Strong White Organic Flour

380g Malted Flour

7g Dried Yeast

Method

Add the warm water to large bowl, add salt and sugar, stair to dissolve.

Add oil, then sieve in the flours and yeast. Proove and bake at 200oC for 25-30mins.
