8g fresh yeast, 500g Shipton Mill Strong Bread Flour, 1½ tsp sugar, 1¼ salt, 2tbsp oil, 330ml water. I put the fresh yeast into the bread pan first, breaking into little pieces. The flour, sugar and salt (dry ingredients first). Then the oil and water. I used olive oil for convenience. The programme is set for 4 hours and defaults to a medium crust loaf. It came out well risen with a good crunchy crust, great texture. It seemed to rise a lot more with the fresh as opposed to dried yeast.
