Ingredients
280g Swiss dark flour (or any white bread flour)
25g Skimmed milk powder
25g Light brown sugar
4g Dried fast action yeast
15g Coriander powder
12g Olive Oil
5g Garlic puree
150ml Warm water
Method
Place all the ingredients into the bread pan, and use the dough or pizza dough setting.
Once the program has finshed remove the dough, divide into 4 equal pieces
Shape each piece and place on a lightly greased and floured baking tray
Bake for 6 minutes in oven preheated to 200°C
