Ingredients
- 9g of dry yeast
- 60cl warm water
- 500g white bread flour
- 250g spelt flour
- 16g salt
Steps :
- put dry yeast in about 5cl of warm water, mix and wait 20 minutes
- add 60cl warm water
- add both flour (white and spelt)
- add salt on top
- mix manually the ingredients
- cover with towel during at least 1h30
- Turn on oven at 220-240°C depending type
- Put the mix on metal tray protected by baking paper. Use knife to made marks on the dough
- add a bowl of water in the oven
- Leave in oven for 30mn approx
