French Baguette


  • 9g of dry yeast
  • 60cl warm water
  • 500g white bread flour
  • 250g spelt flour
  • 16g salt

Steps :

  1. put dry yeast in about 5cl of warm water, mix and wait 20 minutes
  2. add 60cl warm water
  3. add both flour (white and spelt)
  4. add salt on top
  5. mix manually the ingredients
  6. cover with towel during at least 1h30
  7. Turn on oven at 220-240°C depending type
  8. Put the mix on metal tray protected by baking paper. Use knife to made marks on the dough
  9. add a bowl of water in the oven
  10. Leave in oven for 30mn approx
