Easy Organic Wholemeal Bread

Organic Wholemeal Flour 500 grammes

Organic Bio Yeast 10 grammes / 1 level tablespoon

Organic Sunflower / Olive oil 2 tablespoons

300 0r 350ml of luke warm water

Mix yeast to flour, then oil and mix, then add water and knead to a just sticky dough, place in an oiled bread tin, leave to rise a few hours in a warm place, then bake at 200 degrees celuis in an oven for 30/40mins approx, take out of tin do a knive test to see if centre of loaf is cooked and not sticky or tap bottom of the loave listen for hollow sound and its done!

Cool on a rack.
