Bread in pot


400g bread flour (any type of flour you like)

300g water

2g yeast

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

Add all the ingredients and stir with a fork. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes, then stir again. Repeat the process for a couple of times. Cover with cling film and transfer in the fridge - you should leave it in the fridge for about 10 hours.

Take it out of the fridge, make it into a ball and rest it for about 1.5 hours.

Towards the end, switch the oven on at about 230degrees, put a pot in. Take out the pot transfer the dough and cover with a lid. Cook for about 30 minutes at 230 degrees with the lid on. After that take the lid off and cook for a further 15 to 20 minuts at 220 degrees.
