Aperitif nibbles

100g cold butter, 100g grated cheddar, 175 g plain flour, 1 egg, 10g favorite curry powder Oven190'

Rub butter into flour, add curry favour chosen, little salt, mix egg with60 ml water, stir into mixture to make ball. Chill 10 mins.

roll out as thinly as wanted (crisper thinner) slice into 2 cm squares.

Bake 10 minutes. Serve hot/cold
