300 grams wholemeal bread flour
300 grams plain bread flour
5 tableapoons sourdough starter
350 ml water
10 grams salt
mix water 300 grams of the mixed flour and sourdough starter, leave overnight. Add remaining 300 grams of flour knead 10-15min. Leave 4 hours to prove in floured bakers basket. Turn onto heated over tray. Mist oven. Bake bread at 250 c for 15mins then turn oven down to 200c for 30 mins. Let stand for 30 mins after baking.
