At Shipton Mill we are very excited to present a series of inspiring workshops introducing Biodynamics and the fundamental principles behind this integrated and holistic practice of working with nature.

We are beyond excited to announce that we are publishing our first cookbook with Headline Publishing. More than just a baking book, this is a book to introduce you to cooking with flour in general, from popular and classic varieties to ancient grains and gluten free flours.

We are now running Gluten Free Baking Courses to help our customers make the most out of our new Gluten Free range of flours
