We started Shipton Mill in 1979 to mill flours from the most fantastic grains, working with like-minded farmers who promote biodiversity and who value and seek to look after the soil.
It is our pride to source exceptional grains, both
home-grown varieties (such as Maris Widgeon) and offerings from agricultural lands all around the world. We actively promote the cultivation of rare and speciality grains. In keeping with today’s requirements, we supply both stoneground and roller milled flours, both organic and conventional.
