Organic Finely Ground 100% Wholemeal Pastry Flour (203)

...often contain large flakes of bran, which in pastry or cakes can prove chewy or make the dough fragile and difficult to work with. We mill this flour from locally grown wheats, and our carefully crafted milling processes ensure that we retain all of the bran and flavour of a wholemeal flour whilst avoiding any large flakes.

 

Designed for making wholemeal pastry. It is also suitable for wholemeal cakes and pasta.

How should I store my flour and how long will it keep?
