Bread Proving Basket - Small/Large Oval

The basket is easy to clean. It needs to be brushed with a hard brush and washed with water. Do not use soap to clean it. When drying the basket put the basket in the oven at 130’c for 45mins, this will dry the basket and kill any possible germs and moulds. The baskets are not suitable for baking bread in the oven.

Please be aware that as these are hand-crafted, the exact size/weight may vary slightly from basket to basket.
