What is your best chapati flour?


Can you please help me choose the right flour for making chapatis or naan bread, I've tried 701 and 704 but they are too fine and I also tried 706 and 703 and it's too coarse. I need something in between. We did try to mix them but they don't come out right, so can you help me with this one please?


We do a product called Swiss Dark and this is close to the medium chapati flour and then for the dark there would be the Organic Stoneground Canadian wholemeal.
