135g Shipton Mill Italian Type 00 Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 Large Egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp Melted Butter
Butter for frying
Whisk all the ingredients together until light and fluffy.
Add generous knob of butter to frying pan and heat.
Pour ladle of batter into centre of pan and cook at medium to high heat.
When top begins to bubble flip the pancake/s over to cook the other side.
Eat. Enjoy them with all your favourite toppings.
