1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Once you have whisked all ingredients together, then add...
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Now whisk untill no lumps appear and batter is smooth
After you have done this, then add one tablespoon of distilled malt vinegar and stir about seven times
Then pour batter into container
*Top tip: Cook in a round container as well as using grease proof paper to cover edges and bottom of the container
Cook at 200 degrees (gas oven) for half an hour
