Tomato and Garlic Bread


1000g strong white flour

1 tin chopped tomatoes (410g)

180ml cold water

100g margarine

30g fresh yeast

25g salt

1 crushed garlic clove

1tbsp chopped oregano


Knead all ingredients to form a smooth dough.

Allow to prove 20 minutes

Divide and shape (I usually make two large loaves on a tray)

Allow to prove well before baking at approx 200c for around 40 minutes.
