Swedish apple cake

225 gms light muscavadoo sugar
225 gms butter
4 large eggs
300 gms s r flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp baking powder
550 gms cooking apples, peeled sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice.
1 tbsp milk.

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beat well between each egg.

Sieve the flour and spice adding to the creamed mixture.

add the milk.
