Ingredients
3 cups of spelt flour
1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup 60ml water
a drizzle of Olive oil
Method
In a medium bowl stir together 3 cups of the flour, yeast, and salt. Add very warm water. Mix by hand until almost smooth. Gradually stir flour to make a firm dough. Cover, let rest for a few hours, spread the dough on a medium pizza pan, toppings as desired. Bake at 200* for 15-20 minutes.
