Sourdough with a breadmaker

Many people have successfully followed the recipies in Tartine but I suspect quite a few found the time commitment a chore.

This recipie uses the fairly high hydration suggested for hand folding but leaves almost all the work to a bread maker.

i have both a Kenwood and a Panasonic and though the former can't cook the bread this is perhaps the best solution. Because of the high volumes of water the typical cooking times won't cook even a small sourdough loaf properly and there are three options.
