Ingredients: 215g of self-raising flour, 245g greek yoghurt (or sour cream), 3g salt, garlic, butter
Combine flour, salt and Greek yogurt. Mix well with your hands and form a large ball of dough. Cut the ball into 8 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a desired shape (use hands or rolling pin). Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat (dry, do not use oil). When hot, place dough into the pan and cook for 3 minutes, before flipping and cooking a further 2 minutes. Repeat until all the naan bread is cooked. Once cooked, lightly brush the bread with melted butter with crushed garlic.
