For the cake:
250g Organic White Flour No.4 (105)
7g baking powder
113g soft butter
150g sugar
60g greek yogurt
60g milk
3 eggs
135g pistachios
7g vanilla extract
75g dark chocolate
pinch salt
Method:
- Roast pistachios at 180C for 5-10mins.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add the eggs, butter, milk, greek yogurt, vanilla extract and sugar. Mix until creamy.
- Add the flour in thirds. Combine until smooth.
- Place into buttered baking tin and bake at 175C for approx. 40 mins.
- Melt chocolate and glaze.
