Bran Scone ,
- 8 ounce of Shipton organic self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 3 tablespoon of Shipton oatmeal organic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 ounce butter
- 7 fluid ounce milk
sieve all dry ingredients into bowl
mix in butter with a fork
use as much milk as required to make a soft dough
shape into rounds
score into quarters
bake on 170 Celsius
for 30-35 minutes
