Scottish Bran Scone with Shipton Flour

Bran Scone ,

8 ounce of Shipton organic self-raising flour

1 teaspoon

baking. Powder

1 till spoon caster sugar

3 tablespoon of Shipton oatmeal organic med

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 ounce butter

7 fluid ounce milk

sieve all dry ingredients into bowl

mix in butter with a fork

use as much milk as required to make a soft dough

shape into rounds

score into quarters

bake on 170 Celsius

for 30-35 minutes
