500g Canadian strong white bread flour
500g Biodynamic Stoneground Wholemeal Flour
3 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons dried yeast
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablepoons honey
In a large bowl mix together the flours, salt and yeast.
Add the honey and olive oil
Finally add the water and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
Return to a large lightly oild bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave for approx 1hr to rise ( doubled in size )
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knock back.
Divide mixture and shape. Place in lightly oiled tins, cover and leave to rise for approx 1hour.
Bake in fan oven at 180 degrees for approx 15- 20 minutes unitl browned. Remove from tins & leave to cool.
