Quick amd easy taco wrap

250g of white flour, pref strong bread flour but plain white will do

2 tblspoons oil

130-140ml water

salt to taste

Make a well in the flour and add the oil, salt and the water.

Mix and then knead to a smooth consistancy.

Once kneaded to a smooth consistancy, divide the dough into 8 pieces

Roll out each peice to 5 ml, trying to make a roughly circular shape

heat up a heavy pan and cook each flat bread in the pan for a couple of minutes

The bread is best eaten warm right away with whatever filling you fancy. They do not keep but can be used as a base for pizza if you have some left over.
