450g white bread flour

280g water

30mls olive oil

1tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

10g dried onion flakes (optional)

1 beaten egg

cheese of choice grated to top

thin sliced fresh onions to decorate (optional)

sliced tomatoes to top (optional)

sesame seeds to top

mix all ingredients not for topping on your machines dough programme then roll to the size of you pizza tray (12 inches is good) , let it double in size then apply egg wash sesame seeds, cheese then tomatoes and onions

bake until risen and brown at 220 degrees centigrade or 200 fan
