Organics Three Malts & Sunflower Brown Loaf. (breadmaker recipe)


Dried yeast: 1tsp
Flour mix: 500g
Sugar: 1tsp (or for more flavour malted barley extract)
Fat/oil: 30g of whatever you fancy be it lard, butter or olive oil
Salt: 1 tsp
Vitamin C powder: small pinch
Water: 340ml of cold tapwater (I have my own water spring so no weird flavours)


Breadmaker used: Panasonic SD 253
Setting: Whole wheat large loaf.
