300grms Organic Fig, Spelt and Sunflower flour.
200 grms Traditional White
25 grms unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tsp dried yeast.
I used a breadmaker (Panasonic) so used the no 5 menu, large loaf.
The result was a beautiful looking loaf. It was smooth all over, with a beautiful deep golden colour. it was easy to slice, light in weight and tasted wonderful.
I would think that these proportions would work with traditional breadmaking.
For other breadmakers a programme with two kneading sessions and a 5 hour programme would work
