1lb 12oz flour
1 packet of Shipton Mill Dried Organic Yeast (9g)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 oz butter
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons 5 seed blend
2 tablespoons skimmed milk
7 - 8 fl oz warm water, may be more depending how the flour takes it up.
Twice risen and when in tins brush with water and top with 5 seed blend.
220C for 25 - 30 minutes.
Have also made with 8oz mashed potatoes and only 1lb 2oz flour and instead of 5 seed blend use rolled oats, just as good and uses up left over potato
