In a large bowl that will fit in your steamer mix together
400g of gluten free Shipton Organic Flour (I used Buckwheat, Quinoa, Millet & Maize) along with 1 tsp of Organic Bioreal Organic Dried Yeast & 4 tsp of Organic Spirulina Powder.
After mixing add 400ml of warm water and mix together to form a batter rather than a handleable dough.
Cover bowl with a lid or plate etc & leave in a warm place for 30 mins to rise.
Remove lid and place bowl in steamer and steam for 25mins.
Enjoy either warm or cold.
Bread is much easier to remove from bowl once it has cooled.
