Ingredients
6oz Plain flour
4 oz butter (preferably Lurpark) cubed and soft
2 oz castor sugar
Method
oven preheat to 160 degrees fan
Mix toghether all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Roll out onto a lightly floured board and cut into 10- 12 rounds place on non stick baking tray and bake for 15-20 mins or until lightly golden. Cool on a rack you can sprinkle with sugar if desired but i prefer mine plain.
Serve with a wee dram of malt whisky or just have on its own anytime, anywhere.
