Our cookery courses range from Fish Masterclasses, Knife Skills, Thai, Sushi & Japanese, Pastry Making, Bread courses and even Butchery classes.
We are very passionate about sourcing local ingredients therefore we choose to get flour for perfect Bread making and Pasta classes from Shipton Mill.
Katarina of Lemon & Soul is a passionate bread baker and in 2014 she perfected her 100% Wholemeal Sourdough & Khamut Soda Bread to win 2 Golds at World Bread Competiton.
Lemon & Soul also offers bespoke catering with extensive vegetarian and vegan menu.
Our corporate teambuilding days, hen parties and group cookery parties are always fun, full of practical cookery skills and tasty results.
