Lego Shortbread
Ingredients
8 oz plain white flour
4 oz semolina
4 oz white sugar
pinch of salt
8 oz butter
Method
Mix the dry ingredients together with the pinch of salt.
Add the butter in small slices and mix again.
Roll it out on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick.
Print with the top of a clean Lego Duplo brick and cut with a knife.
Bake at 180c for about 20-25 minutes
Take out when they start to brown.
Cools on a wire tray and dust with sugar.
