Jam Hearts

210gr Plain flour
70gr Icing sugar
140gr Butter
2 Egg yolks
1 tsp Lemon zest

How to:
1/ Combine all ingredience in a mixer or by hand until you have smooth dough.
2/ Cover in cling film and rest in fridge for about 2h
3/ Preheat the oven to 170C fan
4/ Roll out the dough about 3mm and cut out hearts or other shapes. Cut out small hearts in half of the shapes to make the top cookie while the bottom stays whole.
5/ Put the cookies on a tray lined with baking paper, and bake 8-10 min.
6/ Once cooled, sandwich the two different half with jam of your choice. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
