75g x Plain Flour
2 x Eggs
110ml x Milk
1/4TSP x P-Salt
Oil or lard for the tray cups.
Whisk all and leave to sit for 30mins.
While batter is resting, add oil or lard in each muffin hole just enough to cover bottom, heats it up in oven on high approx 220'c
Quickly fill the holes to half way and straight in oven till raised and golden crispy approx 15mins.
Be careful filling the holes, hot oil can spit, use a ladle for more accurate measurements.
Makes about 10/12 yorkies.
