Jenny's Easy Oatmilk
In blender/Smoothie maker like Ninja:
1 cup organic oats
pinch salt
dessertspoon rapeseed oil
2 brazil nuts (or few almonds)
2 or 3 dates ( Make sure they're stoned and leave out if you want no sweetness)
about half tsp vanilla essence
Water up to max line
Blend. (On my Ninja I use the Ultrablend setting).
Sieve. Keeping residue to put on cereal.
Blend again, about 10 seconds.
Sieve again.
Keep in fridge and shake before use.
