Granary Sandwich Bread

Ingredients

1kg Shipton Light Malthouse Bread Flour

140ml of Milk/600ml of Water at 37 Degrees

20g of Salt

14g of Dried Yeast

Method

Mix the Light Malthouse Bread Flour, Milk, Water, Yeast and Salt. Once the dough comes together, kneed for 10 minutes. Leave to rise in a bowl, covered with a clean tea towel for 1 hour. When the dough has risen, shape and place in a floured basket. After 40 minutes turn out carefully on to a floured baking sheet. Bake at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.
