2 cups gluten free oat flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons mixed spice
4 bananas
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup wild blueberries
Broken or whole walnuts to decorate
Mash the bananas then add all other ingredients except the wild blueberries and mix well. Finally add the wild blueberries mixing in gently then cook at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool in the oven.
