Gingerbread Porridge


Serves 2

30g Shipton Mill Organic Pinhead Oats
40g Jumbo Porridge Oats
250ml Whole Milk
250ml Water
Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


Put all ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
Stirring regularly, until thickened.
Add more water / milk if a thinner porridge required.
Add your favourite toping, we like mixed nuts, seeds and frozen blueberries.
