Ingredients
300g Plain or Bread flour
50g butter
180ml milk
8g Salt
(add herns or spices if desired)
Method
Mix then knead for 12 mins approx, or use bread machine to knead
Put in cling film and leave for 30 mins.
Roll then heat in hot pan for 2-3 mins on each side.
You can substitute some of the butter and milk for sourdough starter if you fancy something different
